Senior Aerospace BWT value our relationship within the local community
Senior Aerospace BWT value our relationship within the local community which is why we’re involved in several community-based programs that help to benefit local people with a focus on supporting education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship and Mathematics (STEM). We also support charities to help build a strong local community.
CHARITY
BWT support several charities within our local community. Throughout the years our employees have and continue to raise fantastic amounts of money for our local charities by engaging in various fundraising activities including sponsored marathons, bike rides, walks and even super hero days. The BWT team are proud to support our local charities and the positive impact the monies raised brings.
SCHOOL
BWT supports many local schools with our work experience programmes giving pupils the opportunity to gain hands on experience across many aspects of our business including engineering, commercial, IT and manufacturing . The BWT team wants to inspire young people through our work experience opportunities.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Our social committee arranges events throughout the year for our employees and family members. From Ten Pin Bowling , karting to family day trips there’s something for everyone.
